Warthog Lodge (Warthog House, The Rhino Chalet and The Giraffe Chalet) – Sleep up to 6 Adults and 2 Children – ZAR 4150.00 (Non school holiday midweeks), ZAR 4650.00 (Non school holiday weekends), ZAR 4950.00 (All school holidays and public holidays) per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights apply. (Maximum 2 young extra children). Children will sleep on camp beds and bedding.

Warthog House – Sleep 2 Adults – ZAR 2300.00 (Non school holiday midweeks), ZAR 2650.00 (Non school holiday weekends), ZAR2850.00 (All school holidays and public holidays) per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights apply. Your privacy will be assured as the Rhino Chalet and Giraffe Chalet will not be rented out to anyone else during your stay.

OR

Warthog House and The Giraffe Chalet – Sleep 4 Adults + 2 Children – ZAR 3300.00 (Non school holiday midweeks), ZAR 3650.00 (Non school holiday weekends), ZAR 4000.00 (All school holidays and public holidays)) per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights apply. Your privacy will be assured as the Rhino Chalet will not be rented out to anyone else during your stay.

OR

Warthog House and The Rhino Chalet – Sleep 4 Adults – ZAR 3150.00 (Non school holiday midweeks), ZAR 3500.00 (Non school holiday weekends), ZAR 3800.00 (All school holidays and public holidays)) per night. A minimum stay of 2 nights apply. Your privacy will be assured as the Giraffe Chalet will not be rented out to anyone else during your stay.

A Prep and Departure Clean Fee plus a Refundable Breakage Deposit is also payable. See below under “Additional Pricing Policies & Extras” for details.

Book for 5 nights or more and get a 15% discount on the accommodation! (excluding added extras and departure clean fee).

Book for 10 nights or more and get a 20% discount on the accommodation! (excluding added extras and departure clean fee).

Additional Pricing Policies & Extras

  • All reservations for Warthog Lodge must be a minimum of 2 nights.

  • A 50% deposit is payable within 48 (forty-eight) hours of the date of confirmation of the booking and the balance 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, failing which the booking will automatically be cancelled without notice.

  • A refundable breakage deposit of R1800 (Warthog House), R2200 (Warthog House plus Rhino Chalet), R2500 (Warthog House plus Giraffe Chalet), R3000 (Warthog Lodge) is payable and will be refunded within 5 (five) working days after departure if no breakages have occurred or any damages have been caused or any other claim or penalty have been incurred as a result of the tenant or his guest's behaviour.

  • A Prep and Departure Clean Fee is also payable. R450 (Warthog House), R550 (Warthog House plus either of the chalets), R650 (Warthog House plus both chalets).

  • Daily cleaning is available at an additional charge of R350 per day.

  • A Game Viewing Vehicle (manual transmission) @ R1000 a day. This vehicle gives you access to parts of the Reserve that only the home owners can go. All diesel, call-outs and flat tires will be for your own account. Vehicle is for game viewing only and not allowed on any of the 4 x 4 routes. Vehicle driver has to be a licensed driver and over the age of 25.

  • Wood can be ordered @ R30 per bag.

  • Firelighters @ R30 per pack.

  • Late Check-Out (after 10 am and as late as 2 pm) @ R650 (if available)

  • Early Check-In ( 10 amm) @ R650 (if available)

  • A Camp/Travel Cot and bedding – available on request.

  • 2 Camp Beds and Bedding for children younger than 6 – available on request.
